Joyce’s expertise in both the financial and educational worlds brings an added dimension of value to the Arters Public Relations service team. Her knowledge of strategic business and public affairs issues, forensic accounting, and non-profit fiscal accountability requirements is unique for public relations counseling firms.

She spent more than 25 years in the financial industry managing accounts totaling over seven billion dollars, working with high net worth investors, and creating innovative programs for customer service and operations. She earned a reputation for being a strong leader and problem solver, and led initiatives that greatly improved sales and revenue as well as increased company visibility at the local, regional and national level.

A graduate of Harvard University where she earned a Master in Public Administration in Management and Finance from the Kennedy School of Government, Joyce has been touted as a visionary with the ability to see the “big picture” and instill that in others.

Joyce has worked in education teaching English and coaching gymnastics at the high school and college levels. She comes from an athletic family where not only did she compete in collegiate gymnastics but an older sister was a member of the 1964 Olympic Team. A nephew plays for the 2010 Super Bowl Champion New Orleans Saints.
